Will I need to pay duties and taxes on my order?
International orders may be subject to customs or import duties and tax charges once they reach their destination country. These charges are payable by the customer and we do not currently cover this cost. International orders include the following countries: United Kingdom, Gibraltar, Iceland, Jersey, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Norway, Switzerland, Australia, Brazil, Canada, Japan, Mexico, New Zealand, Qatar, Republic of Korea, Russia, Singapore.
My order has not arrived, what can I do?
If your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery time, please contact us, we will be glad to help you. Please remember, the limit date to claim your package is 60 days counting from the shipping date.
