Can I return my order? How can I do it?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once we accept the return, please send the items back with a trackable shipping service, in unused conditions, and with their original packaging. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, handling, and any customs fees if applicable.

Christmas season extended return policy
Orders placed between November 15th and December 15th are eligible for a return until January 31st.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
What items can I return?
We accept returns on all our jewelry, except on customized pieces or gift cards.
When will I receive my refund?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
When your order is shipped you will receive an email shipping confirmation from firstname.lastname@example.org. This email includes the carrier and tracking information for your order. Please, contact us before 90 days from the shipping date, to claim a non-delivery case. After this period of time, we can not warranty your order.
