Once you’ve completed your purchase, your will receive an Order Confirmation email from info@revelmy.com.

Please check your inbox mail or spam folders if you can’t find it. Otherwise, contact us here and we will be able to re-send your confirmation email to you for your reference.

We accept all major payment methods, including Visa, Visa Debit, Maestro, MasterCard, Amex, Paypal, Klarna, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

When paying via Apple Pay, please be mindful of the billing and shipping addresses. Often, the shipping address will automatically match the billing address associated with your Apple Pay account.

At Revelmy we take online security very seriously. At no point do we store any financial information on our servers. All credit card details are entered on a secure server using Shopify Payments. The transfer of the purchase details from our site to Shopify Payments are encapsulated using their encrypted and digitally signed protocol which is secure and tamper-proof. Shopify Payments is level 1 (the highest level) PCI DSS compliant.

No. If your order is placed and shipped from the US or an European Union country, there will be no additional customs taxes or duties charges on your order.

Orders from outside US and non-European Union countries may be subject to customs or import duties and tax charges once they reach their destination country. These charges are payable by the customer and we do not currently cover this cost.

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us with your order number and correct address as soon as possible. If your order was not processed, we’ll get it updated straight away.

If it’s too late and your package was delivered to the wrong address, don’t sweat it! Let us know and we’ll be happy to help you in any way we can.

Why haven’t I received an Order Confirmation email?

You should receive an order confirmation email after your purchase. If you have not received an email from info@revelmy.com within an hour of purchase, there may be a typo in your email address. Please contact us with your full name, date of purchase, and what you ordered to check the order status.

Why haven’t I received a Shipment Confirmation?

Our orders are usually processed in 1-2 business days. But remember that our jewelry is handmade piece by piece, and sometimes orders could experience punctual delays. If you haven't received a shipping notification, your order is still being processed.

My order has shipped, but I haven’t received it.

If you have received your shipping confirmation and the tracking number shows your package is still in transit, please be patient; sometimes, mail can be unpredictable. If you haven't received your package after it has been marked as delivered, or if you're experiencing an unusual delay, please let us know.

Yes, we do offer gift wrapping! You can simply tick the Gift Wrapping box in your shopping bag, and you'll also have the option to add a personal message.

By default we will try to be as eco-friendly as possible and package multiple items together in one box. Please leave a note during check out if you wish us to pack any item individually.

We don’t include any order information inside the package, so don’t worry—if you’re purchasing a gift for someone, all they’ll receive is their beautiful handmade jewelry. However, we always email the buyer a receipt, so if you need to send it to the recipient for any reason, you can always forward them the email or just the order number.

Can I return a gift card?
Yes, gift cards can be canceled and fully refunded, as long as they haven’t been used. Unfortunately, we cannot refund a partially used gift card. 

Are gift cards transferable?
Yes! All you have to do is forward the digital gift card via email to the recipient.

How can I check my gift card balance?
You will receive an initial email with the gift card balance. To check the remaining balance, enter your gift card code at checkout, and it will tell you how much is left on your card.

Do gift cards expire?
Gift cards purchased through our website do not expire.
If you received a gift card directly from our team as a gift, this card will expire in one year.

Returns & Exchanges

Sure! you can return your order. Please, register your return / exchange request here within 30 days of receiving your order. Send the items back with a trackable shipping service, in unused conditions, and if possible with their original packaging. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, and any customs fees if applicable.


Christmas season extended return policy. Orders placed between November 15th and December 15th are eligible for a return until January 31st.

We accept returns on all our jewelry, except on customized pieces.

Once we receive your order back we will process your return within 14 days. We will refund the purchase amount to the original form of payment. Please, review our section Refund Policy for detailed information.

Jewelry care

All jewelry, except solid gold items, can and will most likely tarnish at some point. To prevent this from happening, or to slow it down, it is best to keep jewelry dry and away from lotions, perfumes, and any other weird chemicals. Some jewelry will also react with water that has chemicals in it, like pools or hot tubs. You can clean most jewelry with a jewelry polishing cloth (Never use it on gold plated jewelry). You can also use a cleaning solution safe for your jewelry's material (except jewelry with gemstones. It could hurt the stone.) Also be careful with any rings that have gemstones in it when using a cloth. Try to avoid stones.

Almost all our designs are made of 925 Sterling Silver or 14K Gold-filled, and they are 100% nickel-free.

However, our Helix, Tragus, and other piercing designs include some parts made with 316L Surgical Steel. Although 316L Surgical Steel contains nickel, it is a highly tested hypoallergenic material and the most used material in piercing designs. Please check the description of our designs or contact us if you have any questions.

Every piece of Revelmy is covered by our one year warranty. Should your jewellery suffer a breakage due to a manufacturing defect, we are committed to ensuring that your piece is replaced at no cost to yourself if returned in under one year of receipt of the product.

Please note, our guarantee do not cover against tarnishing or scratches on the jewelry.
