Can I return my order? How can I do it?

• Sure! you can return your order.
• Please, register your return / exchange request here within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Send the items back with a trackable shipping service, in unused conditions, and if possible with their original packaging.
• US buyers can use prepaid shipping labels for a flat rate of $2.90.
• Non-US buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, and any customs fees if applicable.

Christmas season extended return policy

Orders placed between November 15th and December 15th are eligible for a return until January 31st.

 

When will I receive my refund?

• Once we receive your order back we will process your return within 14 days.
• We will refund the purchase amount to the original form of payment.

 

What items can I return?

We accept returns on all our jewelry, except on customized pieces.
