I was sent the wrong item. Customer service initially was great, responded to my email same day agreeing to send correct item. However, that was a week ago and I recieved email on 6 Nov saying its ready to be shipped (so not even sent yet) I paid for this on 21 Oct. Seeing this was your mistake, I expected a prompt resolution. Had thought your service was great, but seems you have no urgency to actually replace the item which leaves me disappointed. Appreciate you saying I can keep the wrong item free of charge, but I don't wear gold so is of no use to me; I just want the item I paid for. I feel to value your customers you should have prioritised putting this right. Had I of known it would take this long, I would have requested a refund.

Reçu plus tôt , bien emballé et soigné, étonné au déballage, je pensais qu'il aurait été trop grand du fait pas de taille sur la page du vendeur, suis satisfaite et beau rendu 👍🙂
