Hi, I left a message through the Shop app asking why the Kala septum piece turned black in just over a day (which has never happened to any other silver 925 jewellery I’ve ever had - even after years), and caused irritation afterwards. I noticed during my routine cleaning and was shocked to find it had turned black, and so quickly too. Can I please get an answer as to whether this is normal with this jewellery? And if it is, can I ask what the process is of getting a refund, as this is not the product I purchased, and I can’t even use it. Thank you for your time and have a good day
I accidentally bought the wrong color and they were able to fix exchange it before shipment. I'm using it as septum ring, and it looks wonderful!
