Top notch piece and can't even start on the customer service.
I ordered a flat back but a screwball got shipped. I contacted the customer service, they reshipped immediately the order and were very professional and nice.
Earring is lovely and the quality as well. I've quite sensitive ears (can't use surgical stainless steel) and had no issues with this piece.

Just as an fyi for those indecisive between flat back / screwball, the flat back coil is shorter and feels a bit tighter than the screwball.
Personally, I find the flat back more comfortable since this is the type of earring you don't want moving around.
